Chaffee and Ford compete at Mt. SAC Relays

Macklin Chaffee and Sallie Ford traveled to Walnut, California to compete in the  prestigious Mt. SAC Relays.

Chaffee took advantage of being seeded in the invitational heat and was able to run a personal best of 3:41.14 placing 8th overall. This improves upon his previous best from two years ago by three seconds and builds upon his sub four minute mile performance indoors. A video of the race can be found below.

Mt. SAC 1500 Invit Elite

Ford competed in the third section of the 5000m and placed 24th in her heat, running 17:01.44. Ford struggled a bit with heavy legs but she competed well and was only four seconds off of her personal best. Full results can be found below.
