Recent UVa graduate training for local XC and road races…
Chris Post, a recent UVa graduate, joins the RMR community team to train for upcoming local XC and road races. In his spare time Post works at the Ragged Mountain Running Shop and serves as a track and cross-country coach at the Miller School.
